THE OVENS FOR THE CURING OF THE PAINT ARE DIVIDED IN:
· static ovens for curing of the powders (or polymerization ovens);
· static ovens for curing of the liquid paints (or drying ovens);
· static curing ovens at high temperatures for special treatments.
THE DRYING OVENS ARE USED TO DRY THE PIECES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN WASHED IN THE WASHING CABIN OR IN THE PRETREATMENT TUNNEL.
The particular construction system realized by Varco International and adopted for the construction of its paint curing ovens allows to eliminate thermal bridges with the outside and to have an optimal distribution of heat inside the oven, also through the use of special air distribution plenums and adequate internal conveyors.
We offer the possibility of integrating paint curing ovens with overhead conveyors of various types to move the pieces.
Furthermore, the paint curing ovens can be fueled by diesel, methane, LPG, hot water or steam, or they can be electric. In any case, they are studied and designed to ensure the greatest possible ENERGY SAVINGS.
