VARCO INTERNATIONAL manages the entire life cycle of the plant in-house: design, manufacturing, assembly, installation, start-up and testing. The company that designs and builds the plant is the same one that commissions it and supports it in the years that follow, giving the customer a single point of contact.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
Assembly is carried out at the customer's factory by the company's own qualified technicians and covers:
– a preliminary site survey to check available space, clear heights and the electrical, gas and compressed air supply points;
– mechanical assembly of the structures: spray booths, curing and drying ovens, washing booths and tunnels;
– assembly of the conveying line, manual or automatic, and of the motorised overhead conveyors;
– electrical assembly, control panels and supervision systems to Industry 4.0 requirements.
START-UP AND TESTING
Once assembly is complete we run no-load and load trials, set the washing, application and curing parameters and verify the finish quality on the first parts. Handover includes the technical documentation and training of your staff on operation and routine maintenance.
EXTENSIONS AND MODIFICATIONS TO EXISTING PLANTS
Varco International manufactures individual components to extend or modify plants already in operation: new stations, rebuilding of application or extraction units, conveyor modifications, control panel upgrades, and dismantling and reassembly when a plant has to be moved to a new factory.

VARCO INTERNATIONAL provides a qualified spare parts, technical assistance and after-sales support service, essential to keep the plant running efficiently over the years and to improve its productivity.
The after-sales service provides:
– fast delivery of premium quality spare parts;
– on-site technical assistance on your plants with our qualified technicians;
– remote technical assistance on your plants through TELESERVICE. Every plant that is suitably equipped can be connected to our service department over the internet, allowing our specialists to identify and resolve any problem precisely.
– scheduled visits covered by a service contract. During these visits our technicians carry out a general check of the plant, verifying the operating parameters and performing any maintenance required.
