The pre-treatment cycle (phosphating, degreasing, passivation) is sized according to the material to be treated, to guarantee maximum powder adhesion and corrosion resistance of the finished product. In particular cases — for example non-metallic substrates or heat-sensitive materials — liquid painting is evaluated instead.
